  • Yes! Axe-throwing is perfectly safe! We only use top-quality axes at our facility and make sure that our boards are well-maintained. As strange as it may sound, a sharper axe is actually safer than a dull axe. This is because a sharper axe will stick to the board whereas a dull axe may bounce off, potentially hitting someone. We at Hatchet Haus have axe-throwing lanes of the standard size for competition, ensuring that axes are unable to enter another person’s lane or potentially harm anyone. For our customer’s safety, our friendly staff are also knowledgeable about proper axe-throwing techniques and will provide tips if necessary to make sure that everyone is throwing their axes correctly. This not only protects our customers and staff, but it also ensures that everyone’s axes are hitting the boards properly and hitting your target is part of the fun of axe-throwing after all!
